yeah go to www.surfola.com and join as a member itll get past filters i use it all the time my self or go to google search proxy annominizers and try one!!!
trust they work!!!

May I know what do you mean by the word "library" faith?

Ask the library to unblock it or use a proxy such as unipeak.

or you could use surfeasy though i forget its url
type it into google and it will find it thats how i found out about it
