The comment about Orkut running on Windows is wrong. To the best of my knowledge, it is platform independent.

With your Orkut personal data posting you must assume full public scrutinity and unlimited distribution of your declared data.

This applies to all net forums in which personal data is posted.

It seems to use Microsoft ASP (see how the orkut URLs often end with .aspx)

I think i gave a little too much personal data myself (think this happens to a lot of folks!)

at first, I was answering all blanks innocently...but I felt that it was too many questions just to get into the orkut, so, I stopped answering all that personal data!
I do not have so many secrets, but am sure it will be used in some way...(and this scares me!)
