Orkut "If you're in, you must be cool"

Ok so this has been mentioned before but I would like to hear your opinions on orkut now as times have changed, what do you think about orkut has it become to popular and its not really an exclusive world anymore.

Do you think that the following quote "If you're in, you must be cool" from computeractive doesn’t really apply anymore.

Please discuss this here I really would like to here your views on it.

"If you're in, you must be cool" is certainly false.
There's no such if you're in, in something you're cool. Cool is too subjective.

About everybody can join Orkut now, but what am I saying? 'Cool' doesn't exist. I might be cool for you and not cool for some dude.

Well, whatever, I just disagree.

I was in.....I decided it was NOT cool enough for me! I am sooo over the little ego stroking people,once you are IN ...you join some virtual losers, trying hard to pick up and see how nasty and sad they can be in that little group.

It is a hotbed for the needy.
