How to unblock ignored user

Hi

I have a problem related to unblocking the ignored user/profile.

My friend has sent me a friend's request, which i rejected or didnt accept. i went to my friend's profile and selected the ignore user option.after selecting this option my friend cant send me any scraps.

Now i have added him as my friend.he also accepted my invitation. Now the problem is my friend is still not able to send me the scrap.i have checked the privacy settings where i have opted every one to write in scrap book.

Pls help me out in this issue so that we can exchange scraps.
