Orkut and Opera

Can't log into Orkut using Opera..
Is it a browser or orkut bug ?

I'm not sure why this is, but I need to open a new window when I log into orkut using opera. Instead of just clicking "sign in", I have to right click on the sign in button and select "open in new page" or "open in background page." Try that.

I could analyze the problem of logging in orkut. It sticks when the red label showing "Loading" pops up. I kept it stuck and opened IE. I tried to log in to orkut using IE. After the Red label appeared, the address bar changed briefly. Without a delay, I copied the string. I pasted the string in Opera. It put me through. Then for three to four days, I could log in directly. When the problem surfaced again, I played the old trick. Meanwhile, one of my orkut friends and a lover of Opera showed me yet another way. He asked me to click the link

https://www.google.com/accounts/Serv...edirLogin.aspx

and it worked. So, I added it as a bookmark in opear and now I use it to login. It always puts me through. Hope this helps others too.
