Questions about Orkut.

How often is the form checked for new requests?
How many requests can you give away once you have an account?
and can someone please post screen shots of orkut for those of us who haven't an account?

It seems to be fairly frequent. I got one within a few hours after posting.
As for number of invites- I'm not sure. There doesn't seem to be a limitation mentioned (like there is in Gmail, for instance).

new question: can you include embed code? and are you able to customize the look of it, like myspace allows?

No to both questions. Orkut is not like myspace in how you customize it and I'm glad it doesn't. The junk posted on Myspace is just pointless and wastes bandwidth.

As to the Invite question, it's unlimited.

Maybe someone else can answer. I believe I've heard some talk of skins and toolbars,
but to tell you the truth, I've done almost nothing with Orkut since I got the account.
It's kind of ironic that I originally joined GC just for the Orkut invitation.

i like the custom look of myspace... however, i dont like the masive movies and excesive pictures... and, i too joing because of the invite... but, i really like the gTalk forum, lol
