Sorry, Arun, just one more off-topic post. It was not, indeed, Bob Woolmer who said all this. It was reported by a member of their team (though not one of the actual players) to the media. At least, that's what the newspapers said.

In my point of view,I think it's a good decision. No player should be left who takes drugs and Asif is not a kid.He knows what he is taking. And the great Aktar,he should be given a longer ban.Asif punishment should be reduced but Shoaib not possible.

Too right. The PCB made a disgraceful decision. They said that the reason they removed the bans is that the players were not warned. But the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) criticized the decision. Article 2 of the WADA's anti-doping code clearly states that its each athlete's personal responsibility to make sure that no prohibited substance enters his or her body. The head of the WADA even mentioned that Akhtar and Asif are international athletes, and so had to know about drugs themselves.
I got all this from The Times Of India. I suppose this thing's been reported in many other newspapers as well.

well,it has been reported in other newspapers as well, what i feel is that the PCB has planned all this,i mean i feel they want to bring in their key bowlers and so just for some formality or to deceive the icc they first banned both of them and then bought them back again,it could be a possibility, who knows.
