Well, a conspiracy theory is always interesting. What I don't understand is why Akhtar and Asif were not allowed to appeal (or were they?) when the PCB made this decision. If they had appealed, then all this trouble wouldn't have been created, and the PCB would still be in a good light.

well, as i said it has been preplanned,i suppose otherwise how could it have ever happened,such a turn around and anyway its good that the icc has criticised the PCB and also the WADA is not happy about it but the icc is still deciding about it,who knows,they might take action.

I'm not sure if the ICC can have any say in the matter. Anyway, we'll see, though This matter seems to have disappeared from the news totally.
I suppose that it'll be in the news again if the ICC is able to do something about it.

the icc surely has got to do something about it as they are the main cricket board and no one can over rule their decision,even the WADA is unhappy,hope they get their punishments and learn from their mistakes and as for the PCB,they are really having a bad time.

The ICC and the WADA have decided to take action against the PCB.
