zaheer has gone the hard way and has reaped his fruit for his hard work,but as you said shashwat,sorry,i disagree,form does matter,ok considering his strike rate and the way he strikes the ball,he doesnt do that nowadays,why?because of his form,when he doesnt have form he cant even hit that much.

Exactly. Sehwag's strike rate's not much use if he goes out for a duck. Its crucial to get a good start in ODIs.

well,everyone is currently pressing him to get back to domestic cricket,so that he gets runs there and then gets back into the team when in form but he still has a chance to prove himself in tomorrows match where he has to bounce back somehow.

He should be given a last chance (maybe in the upcoming Test), and if he can't prove himself in that, he should be packed off to India to play domestic cricket.
