i going to a party on sunday which is going to be paint balling any one got any good ideas what to were
to protect my self BTW you get a boiler suit and helmet

Just wear old clothes. Regular wear.
It doesn't really hurt enough for you to care, and the changes of getting shot in the crotch are so very unlikely unless you just stand in the open facing them it's not even worth it to bother; if you play right you'll just go between objects to hide behind, so you're more likely to get shot in the side.

You'll want to make sure you have your neck covered up a bit, though. Getting shot in the larynx hurts a bit.
