Great work!

It's a really nice felling when finished an endurance race. My legs still hurts after my race this Saturday; Stockholm Marathon. But at least a was faster than last year.

42,2 km - 3:32:00

The funniest t-shirt i saw was: "Tax government, always one step ahead"

I sit in front of my computer many hours a day. Because of that it feels really good to do some physical training. Lifting weights at the gym or run for an hour helps me clear my head.

I used to lift weights and attempt acrobatics at a gymnastic centre near a centrum situated in Solna when I resided in Stockholm, Sweden.. It was great fun.
I don't get much time nowadays to do much, due to extended working hours, so at best, my total acommodative online + PC time in one day is 3 hours.
Besides that, extracurricular sports are a taboo, unless on weekend holidays. I'm kind of gleeing, now that I remember that I've gone for the first time in a while to a disco, last sunday.

My motto is "Eat well, stay fit, die anyways."... Heh, I'm good at making original mottos.

The best thing with running is that it doesn't take so much time. Just put your shoes on and run for half an hour instead of watching some stupid program at the TV.
