I'm running the 20km of Brussels today

Yep, that's right. I just want to let you know. The start is in about 3.10h from now. I hope I'll have a good running time, I'm happy if I'm under the 2 houres. 25 000 ppl are participating to it. And as it's my first time, I received a fucking bad number, 18518. So I'll have to wait like 5 à 10 minutes before I really can start running. I may die...could be, I didn't train very well, and every year ppl die, so farwell if I don't make it.
Here are some pics so you can better imagine it:
http://www.sibp.be/img/defil/1.jpg: It's very little, but there's a huge amount of ppl there, omg I'm gonna get crushed.
http://www.sibp.be/img/defil/3.jpg: A lil part of all the participant, taking from above, like I said, omg, I'm gonna get crushed.
http://www.sibp.be/img/nl/menuphoto.jpg: Everything u see here are ppl (view the first pic).
Here's the main page, for all the interested ppl: http://www.20kmdebruxelles.be/20km/set_en.htm
People from about 83 nationalities are participating, so it's teh popular :P
Ok, well, I'll post later what happened...

I'm backzors, and omg I survived it. Well you could say I had really bad luck, because I wanted to be under the 2 houres, well, my final result is 2 houres, 00 minutes, 30 seconds, so that pretty sucks. Anyway I'm happy because I did well, I passed 8000 people!!

Lol yeah man, good job. It doesn't matter that you didn't win. Atleast you didn't get trampled by the athletic runners.

As I was so tired yesterday I never had the opportunity to properly congratulate you, so congratulations on surviving the Marathon and yes it's a shame about those 30 secs extra.

Well at the beginning I runned with a friend, but after a few km I had to let him go, he was going a bit too fast, and I wanted to be sure to make it to the end so I runned on my own tempo. It was hell hot, and after the 11th km I was running a little bit better, I drunk alot, really alot, that helped me of course, and at about 17 km I had pain in my heart, so I had to stop a while, after that it was Ok, I had to do a 'climb', the most difficult one in the race, after that climb, there was about 1.5 Km left, I felt quite well and I started running kinda fast, I passed many, but really many ppl then, so that's how it ended. After that, when I saw the results on the internet, I noticed that my friend had only 2 minutes less than me, so I kept running very well, even when I had to let him go. OOh and I remember, just about like 50meters before the end, a man felt on the ground (he had no energy anymore, probably), I was behind him.. well, really bad luck for him. I saw other ppl on the ground, during the race of course. This happens every year.
And 2 funny things: When I was running, I saw a guy who had a text at the back of his T-shirt, and there was written: "If you can read this, you're losing." Lol, that kinda encouraged me for a lil second :P
And I saw a dog after the finish, he had a medaille as well around his neck.
