How is Curling a sport ?- Come on now
NBC couldn't pay me to watch the Winter Olympics, let alone Curling.

Just poking a little fun at it. The posting was not intended for anyone to get bent. Besides, my question was a rhetorical one, which is far different than stupid. A rhetorical questions is "a figure of speech in the form of a question posed for rhetorical effect rather than for the purpose of getting an answer." |

i can understand curling being a sport
HOWEVER I CANNOT UNDERSTAND DARTS BEING A SPORT!! how can it be classed as a sport as it is generally played by big fat people, and only involves throwing darts at a board. Its not a sport in which people can get many role models thats for sure. |

Hehe, I hate the Yankees. Dodgers all the way baby. But seriously curling and darts neither take any athletic ability. Thats why I don't see them as a sport. I think a sport is only a sport if it takes some sort of physical endurance. Those two are games...not really sports in my opinion.
