Gmail stops working in Firefox

I get this message:brbr"Loading...

troubleshooting information."/pThe help center page lists some possible trouble making software, none of which I use. One of them is Zone Alarm Pro. I have standard which lacks the options Google says to adjust in Pro.brp id="m" class=""br/p

Never mind. I cleared my cache and it works again. I hope this information is useful for anyone else having the same problem.

I haven't had any problems with gmail, but the latest release of Firefox has been crashing constantly for me.

I've had the same message in the last few days. Is it something with FireFox or with gmail? And, sorry to seem so dumb, but how do you clear your cache?

mondine is an unknown quantity at this point
Look under Tools; Options; Privacy. There's a tab for "cache" there.
