Problem with other Users accessing reports
Hi All,
I'm new to this forum. I recently set up Google Analytics to monitor a few of our company websites. I am amazed at how good this feature is and I wish to share the reports with some other members of staff. I have added the users' Google email accounts to the Access Manager (one with Administrator privileges and another with User privileges). The other Administrator could view some data for a short while but all he gets now is 'Tracking not installed'. The other User has never been able to view the data, she also gets 'Tracking not installed' on both the Web Profiles. This isstrange because it all works perfectly under my login. I have been round in circles going through the Google help, I cannot see why this isn't working. Any suggestions at all are greatly welcome. Regards, Graham |
