How to use GA with your own tracking URL

Hi All,

We are in process of using google analytics for our site to compare traffic coming from Paid Vs. Organic. But the problem is that we are using our destination URL with our own campaign tracking variables.

So can anyone tell me how I can use Google analytics? Do I need to append Google analytics tag to the end of our current URL (with our own tracking variables.) or there is any other method to do that.

Thanks in advance
-Nirav
