FireFox 1.0 Released

It was released today but the server is overloaded and I cant get to the website. I will have to wait until I can get to the site so I can download it.

I have just managed to download it off the official site. The only difference that I have noticed so far is the 'Go' button.

I heard that it now comes with the java and shockwave plugins which is good for me. I need to play java games. Also ther are over 250 bug fixes.

Ok the java plugin does not come with. I dont know about the others because I already have the downloaded program. Damnit now I will have to download java. Not fun when you are on 56k and the file size is over 18mb.

Love the fact that the full v1.0 just came out. The only downside is that the servers are so damn busy that it's hard to get thru to get compatible themes & extensions. However, I'm really happy that so many people are out there getting FireFox; I'll live w/the the delays...it's a great browser & makes IE look like roadkill.
