No complete hits

I have 2 sites (site A and site B), that i'm tracking by google analytics, i have like 60 visits in Site B, this site B have a link to Site A, i'm tracking by a Goal the times that a visitor click the link and visit Site A, when i see the reference Source in Site A, doesn't apper site B visits. Just 1 or 2, then in goal conversions in Site B is like 60 Goal conversions.

Am i doing something wrong?

Maybe the goal conversion is not for this, can you assist me with this question.

There's some readings on this post but no one read about it, i think this is not the right place to post my question, i'm not talking about the place in the forum, instead the forum. El foro en si...(don't know how translate that).
