Can anyone tell me how I can define my users on Google Analytics Conversion Tracker please?

I can see that you can segment your visitor type by things like network, browser and operating system but I would like to segment by single user- e.g. User IP address with browsing behaviour.

For example, if my customer comes to my site and browses before he purchases. Can I track how long he spent on the products page, what products he looked at, other pages viewed and his purchase? This is like user journey tracking.

i usually set goals... it can track if user visit a particular page.. like thank you page of a purchase...
