Question Is my site with more than one domail well tracked? (Analytics)

Hello,
Because a problem (which I'm not going to detail here) I have had to
"merge" two sites in one as if you enter to any of the old domains you
land the same site.
It is just the domain of one site parked in the host of the other
site.

Google Analytics was tracking both, but now, obviously, I left only one such as global statics.

I wonder if is Google Analytics tracking correctly the visits from the
other domain, which is not assigned to the account?

(I mean, the account is configured for www.domain1.com and you can
access to these site by Welcome to DOMAIN2.COM. Does it work well with
Analytics?)

Thanks,
Best regards.

Gabriel.
