Transfer Analytics Account to new user

Hello,

My website's analytics account was set up by an online marketing company that manages several other clients through their account. I have terminated my relationship with them, and would like to have control over the account and delete them from it. I don't want to have to change the cookie and open a new analytics account for my website because then I would "lose" all the past statistics and only see from this point on. Is there anyway to take over my website's analytics account AND keep the historical data? Thanks for any suggestions!!

You can have more than one user accessing analytics for a website. Infact you are allowed to give 'view-only' permission for a website's stats. You won't be loosing any data in this case.
