Google reports that the my website is harmful when i try to access it

when i google for my website and access it reports that that its not safe to access.i have already scanned all the files that i have uploaded on to the ftp and i did not find any issues.

what can i do to fix it ?

I don't get your question. Are you talking about the analytics report?

When i search for my website in google and click on my webpage the warning appears. yes its the google analytics page.
