PLEASE HELP-Google takes me to same page every time!

I am going crazy.
Yesterday my laptop started doing weird things.
Every time I search for something on Google it redirects me to the same site (clickandcompare.com?)
Doesn't seem to matter what I search for.
Did a full virus scan and there are no virus's showing anywhere.
Tried to search for answers, but of course clickandcompare.com dont have a 'google help page'!!!!!
I would be sooooooooooooo grateful if someone could help me solve this problem.
Incidentally, if I manually type the address the search is showing, it was taking me to the website some of the time, although quite a few times only after it had quickly opened the clickcompare page.
I cant describe how frustrating this is -and have searched (am at work on different computer at mo) today for solutions but cant seem to find any!

It is definitely malware. I recommend to use ExterminateIt! because some AV programs are not able to detect adware. Good luck.
