how to define my goals???

I have a site about tournaments and camps (sports) in dutch
TORNOOI.NET : Sport voor iedereen!
now I am using google analytics.
And I want to define goals.
I have 3:
*Events
*Events
*Events

with at the end a changing number.
How do I defnie theses goals?
what option do I use?
kop, exact or expression?
