I have one doubt regarding google analytics. If i have created an analytic account for my my site and could you make sure that the visits to the website from my computer are not included in the stats?

I think it is impossible. Google should not know your private computer, they only records your IP address and gets information. But if you really want that, you can use calculator to calculate number of your site visitors (others than you) after minus (-) your visiting times.
