Google endorses firefox

If you join blogger and ask for one of those reset-my-password emails theirs ends like this

You could also try logging in/recovering your password from a different web browser - we recommend Mozilla Firefox:

Sweet.

Firefox rocks with or without plugins. One huge plus is that plugins are so easy to install, and you aren't forced to have any of them you don't want!

Firefox is by far the best browser out there.
1. less vulnerabilities
2. tabs
3. opensource
the last one is a major plus for myself.

True Andy, very true

But don't think that Google's like "yay Firefox, you are GOD!" because if they were then they'd have a Google toolbar or at least a plugin *made by Google* for Firefox.

And I think it's mostly that they don't like Microsoft. Hence their usage of Linux on all of their computers (though this arguably could cut down on costs).
