Got some issues with the PageRank Script

Hi all. New member, but i have read alot about my issue here. But the problem is that i cant find a solution. I have uploaded the pagerank script. (pagerank-source.php) But when im trying it i get this error: brbr

brThis is not the error on the server. You are getting forbiddon directly from google.
