How can I stop an unauthorized re-direct?

Hi, We are suffering google de-listing due to an unauthorized re-direct. br
We have tried contacting anyone and everyone who has anything to do with the site re-directing but to no avail. br
I think it may be a competitor wanting to harm us.br
br
My question: Is there any way to get my server to refuse a re-direct or
is there some other way to avoid this so that google may include us
again?br
I have written to google but have not heard back from them. br
We have owned our domain since 1998 and want to keep our current domain.br
br
Can anyone help or suggest something?br

The problem as described in a post in the Search Engine forum, was that of another domain redirecting to his site.

It sounds like you have a 302 redirect hijack. Look at the link I gave previously.
