help me with synonym database...
div style="text-align: left; margin-left: 40px;"span style="text-decoration: underline;"/spanhi guys...brbrim looking for synonyms database using sql server.. actually im developing an online dictionary for my assignment, i need to compare 3 searching method, and i need a super large database, i develop that dictionary using ASP.NET, brbrpls.. help me... i really appretiate your help....brbrbrbr/divdiv style="text-align: justify;"

We can't help you with your assignment, that would be cheating but if you asked us some specific questions about how to do stuff or where to find stuff then I'm sure we could help a bit.

lol..i think u didnt really get it....brbrmy assignment is about comparing 3 different searching method... and my supervisor doesnt care about the application... i can use anything that contains large database... then i choose synonyms dictionary... dictionary is not my main system.. my main issue is research about 3 several searching method.. lol.. so .. now i need the database for my application.. only for database.. so it's not cheating.. lol..brbrif anyone read my this posting.. pls give me a link to download the database... ( sql server pls )...lol.. thx u... thx u...brbrsorry if its confusing...

I believe that synonyms for this (http://wordweb.info/free/) are stored in plain text if you download it. But I haven't tried it my self so I don't know. All you'd have to do to get from the plain text storage to SQL would be to write a simple program to dump them all into a database.

I can sell you the synonyms database with about 400 000 words

if you looking for 3 different searching methods, then there is a whole internet covered about all of them, try to google some of them.
