Flash MX 2004, 'nuff said. After that, Swish MAX, but Flash MX 2004 is loads butter. Too bad neither are free, although you can get them free through various ways ...

Mayur is an unknown quantity at this point
The best would have to be Flash MX 2004. I wouldnt say its the easiest but once you get used to it, its a breeze.

I should cry that I paid for mine but who cares :P, all other stuff on my computer excepting a few other programs aren't supposed to be free but I got them free :P...
I recommend Kazaa Lite K++ or Shareaza to download them, they're the best ones, Shareaza lets you download through Bit-Torrent, Edonkey, Gnutella, Gnutella2 and HTTP protocols ...YES it has more flexibility than a download manager and can handle partial downloads....cool, huh?
