Well, there isn't really a such cool html codes -- although there are some pretty cool tags. For javascript codes etc. I'd suggest www.hotscripts.com.

I do use both. HTML is a boring language, which is why I moved on to PHP. Javascript is pretty flexible however. I'm not an expert on it though, by no means. This is a site that I found useful when trying to become more familiar with it.

if you want to go with nice sripta, or powerful scripts, such as this forum, you will probably be best using php and mysql
