Well, there isn't really a such cool html codes -- although there are some pretty cool tags. For javascript codes etc. I'd suggest www.hotscripts.com.

I do use both. HTML is a boring language, which is why I moved on to PHP. Javascript is pretty flexible however. I'm not an expert on it though, by no means. This is a site that I found useful when trying to become more familiar with it.
