Calling All Webdesigners/coders/cool kids

Hokay here's the idea

I have a good domain name for a drop list site.
I will not divulge it for I have yet to purchase it.

I'm looking for people willing to join me in a little joint venture in developing a drop list site.

Requirements
Web Design- 95% of web design will be your job.
Coding/programming- I'm not sure which it will take or if either will be needed, but you need to make a site where a user can search for expiring domains by keyword, date, traffic, etc.

If you fit the bill leave your requirements and what you have to offer here.

What I will provide:

I have a reseller account so I will buy and host the domain. You will be given the user name and password.

Development time < 2 months.

After the site is developed we can split profits (from ads, membership fees, etc): 50/50 Or if we choose too we will sell the developed site on sedo.com. And split the profits the same way.

Any questions post em here as well.

Please don't respond with: any negative nonsense please. I'm just trying to start up a good site.

deals off, just looking for suggestions now, it'd be too hard to split everything accurately.
BTW the domain I got is droplister.com

Sorry havent really looked at this site, but im working on getting a script to index domains and get it all solid before i open it. Im not buying any domains (someone mentioned that) I am making a database that is searchable by keyword, length, tld, google pr, alexa rank, incoming links? (maybe)

So basically you find a great expiring domain or deleted domain, run a whois check, then you can backorder or register it if its deleted.

thats not fair, hosting, $2 month, domain, $6 year, then there doing 95% developing, why not do 100% themselves and keep the 100% profit? your providing basic materials which is easy enough for people go get
