Macromedia Studio 8

Anyone know much about the new Studio 8 Macromedia products like how much it will cost for an upgrade from studio MX 2004 and how much without upgrade what differences will there be from Studio MX 2004 to Studio 8? and is it actually worth buying or upgrading from?

Does anyone know?

Is Adobe going to distribute another release of the "web" package but with fully integrated Macromedia softwares? Would be really sh***y if I had to buy ANOTHER copy this year. I haven't heard any buzz since they teamed up last year.

Oh and by the by FREAKING WONDERFUL software, the marriage of the two is rather striking and usefully applicable.

8 has pretty much automated CSS development, although it doesn't go into the very deep stuff.
