Need help using GIMP(creating players in different uniforms)

im trying to create players and put them in other uniforms please i need help badly........

A guy gave me these directions.....

It's not that difficult...

Go to a web site like ESPN.com or MLB.com and go to the guy you want to uses website..go to the roster section. For this I'll use Michael Sweeney.

Click save image as and save it to your computer. Then open a program like gimp or paint. (gimp is WAY easier) go back to ESPN.com and find a guy on the team your going to be putting the guy on. (I'll use the Angels). Fine a guy that is about the same site height and weight (it will make it easier) In gimp use the 3rd thing on the top menu and cut around the guys hat (not sweeney) from the team you want to put the guy on. Once you do that try to paste the guys hat over the others guys hat. If you can't cover it all chose the color chooser and match the color the guys hat. (in my case I would be using the Angels color to go over the Royals blue hat) Do the same thing with the jersey (with the same guy you cut the hat from.ummmmm hello someone please help me

Maybe its because we don't spend our time using crappy photo editing things.

Use Photoshop.

Also its "Damn you people don't know anything"
