Anybody know any good live chat support programs?

I want something open source if possible. I need to be able to see who is on my site, what pages they are on in live time. I also need to be able to send them a chat request to see if they need assistance. My site is Sadree Web Design and if anybody has any recamondations or tips, please let me know.

I can tell you how it's done using php programming language.

To track your visitors, you can set up a SESSION variable on every page request, then in admin, you can count how many files in the session storage pool.

If you want to "speak" with your users, then this can be done in the same way, by tracking their session variable, but generally it's a bad idea to "speak" with your visitors.
