Help!

I have recently uploaded some php to my site gloog.pandela.org, which was working yesterday. However, now it says "internal server error"...what does this mean and how do I fix it!

(edit):
I think that the problem may just be due to the server being down

(hopefully that is all) because I just uploaded the entire site again

at a different subdomain, and it still gave me the same error...looks like I just wasted my time!
(edit):
I have got my site back up and running, but unfortunetely I had to delete and then reinstall the database...that means that if you signed up, you will have to sign up again
