Do you use your hosts' forums?

My question is do you pay any attention to the fact if there's a forum on your host's site along with knowlwdgebase?

Yes, for a noobie like me Knowledge Base and Community Forum are really important for me, as these are wonderful ways to get info without using support tickets. The host I'm with at the moment ahosting.biz provides both support options.
