Duplicate content on a .co.uk and .com sites
I have a number of sites which share the same content driven from a content management system onto .co.uk and .com domains.
Both the .co.uk and .com's share the same ip range. Google have picked up on this and dumped the .co.uk's as duplicate content. Problem is the .co.uk's had good 4/5 PR's and the .coms lagged way behind. Question? Do I concentrate my efforts on the .com's ensuring unique content ( there are hundreds of pages of good unique content) and redirect the co.uk to their corresponding .com or vice versa. Question? If I do a redirect, whats the most search engine friendly way of doing it? Thanks in advance Ana in Leeds

Which one is your primary domain that most users know or where your business is located should help you to decide which domain to make primary. Keep both domains unique and they may co-exist perfectly without any redirects. If not, then use 301 redirects as suggested.
