how do u rate this webhosting comp.?

I interested in Web Hosting - PC Digital - Frontpage Hosting - cheap web hosting - php hosting - domain name to host my websites due to their discounted coupons offered. but I knew nothing about this company. since I googled to find out more, I think webmaster's reviews are very little to this comp.
does anyone know better anything about this comp.? how do u rate this? and what's your recommendation for me?

sorry for my english, but I meant web hosting is a company that rents their space so that we can use it to host our sites online, usually we pay for it. and the company I'm refering is pcdigital.com . if you have more info about this company, would u like to share? do they provide CMS-joomla/mamboo too? thank in advance.
