Better forums?

Hello. i m currently running a Indian community site. and hoping to put forums too?. Which one is best or better than others

My top 3 Choices are
Phpbb
Invision Board
Vbulletin

Well.

Phpbb is free.
I have License for Vbulletin. I bought VB long time ago for friend and he doesnt use it anymore, so may be i could use it.

Probably IB is the best if you cab afford it. Its costs you around 100$. I have seen sites on IB tey are much better than PHPbb but its upto you then

Vbulletin supposedly is more secure / less likely to get hacked.
