Any Quick way to build static flash websites?

Hi,
I have so many work of creating flash websites and I am looking for a tool that can make flash websites by using wizard or something that can stop me to do rework.

I am also a programmer and facing same problem. I had a time when I had to do same coding and creating flash files twice. Now I found a tool that can easily make flash websites. You just need to edit html coding, Meta tag, text, title of the page etc. for more info. Go here A4DeskProFlashWebsiteBuilder

This info should really help... Can you also comment upon normal site builder tools, not really into flash or something...??
