I've created a forum! Final Fantasy Universe

So far, RatPat is the only member.

Here are some problems I am having:

- I don't know how to make a member a moderator.

...and, I'm sure, more to come

Go to Administration Panel -> User Admin -> Management

I did that, but the only option is 'Site Admin'.

How do I add a Moderator option?

No its not. Forum hosting is phpbbstar or pixeldesigned's Ipb host.

You are using a forum HOSTED by phpbbstar not the otherway around.

Move this to the Site Suggestions and Reviews.
