I'd advise you to broaden your search and have a look at dedicated servers which are provided by other companies such as hostingsource.com, godaddy.com and glowhost.com.
These companies have offered their services in the way that is welcome to the web masters. Their experts are skillful and qualified and they support and monitor their clients well.

As for me the best dedi provider is from allwebnow.com, they have provided their dedicated servers in the way which brings many customers to their services.
Support is perfect and server uptime is great.
