Need a GOOD VPS!

I am in need of the good vps preferrably with cPanel onboard, and most likely I am going to get the VPS from a provider called hostv.com, so that is why I would like you to tell me if you know anything about them from within, probably having experience with their services..

I shall appreaciate any help.
