Where is the best place to host streaming video web sites?

Can anyone point me a good place for video streaming web sites?
My brother needs to host my web site and I think that it will be productive to ask forum members about this or that web hosting provider.
Do you think that exmasters.com can be good for this kind of hosting?
What other companies can you recommend me? Or it will be better to choose mainly this company?

As I know exmasters.com is great to host video streaming web sites with them due to their applications installed on their servers and full-featured plans which they provide for their clients.

Exmasters.com offers the following - special code "dbram" for dedicated servers, which will double RAM offered with each dedicated server!
Think that's very nice for their clientele.

For video streaming you might want to look at hosting plans that have FFmpeg installed. FFmpeg hosting allows videos to be uploaded, encoded and streamed (like youtube). Here's a few hosting providers who offer this:

Double RAM on dedicated servers which exmasters.com offers sounds sweet to my ears.
Not many companies offer that.
Which server do you want to use from them, the OP?

I will use exmasters.com company as their services are quite affordable and their technicians reply very fast.
Their uptime is high and servers are perfect for running many video materials of different format.
