I think another reason why other countries are blocking YouTube is the amount of bandwidth that they use. You Tube is a steaming videos and most of the time eats up a lot of bandwidth to slow down other internet user.

that is also a factor why some internet cafes even countries banned youtube and aside from that maybe its a move for the government to control terrorist i mean youtube is also use as a medium by terrorist to spread their word and attract potential followers
