Hello,
There are different modules you can use. The good thing about using YouTube is that you dont waste your server space on the video. What platform is your website running on? (CMS: Content Management System or any other platform)? |

You can use Adobe Flash to convert your video to FLV format and then insert to your homepage as an object. There are some software which does that such as A4Desk Video Player (http://video.a4desk.com), another named Flv-player, you can give them a try. They mainly convert your video into FLV format, then use a video player template to play the video on your webpage
