I have a suggestion. Make all user pages have SE-friendly URLs, and then add a Top Google Result for [Username] entry. Idea from here.

Hmm.....
Good Idea,
but I want my own page appearing first if someone uses for my user name! .....
But you'll have no chance overbiding me: I have my username in the url!

The first entry when typing my username is my Wikipedia account, and second is my Google Community account. By all means, do go ahead with this, you've got my support.
