My google account stop receiving any emails other than those sent from gmail since 28/7. Not even a spam!
My account was not full. I have no filters or special settings, no forwarding, no pop settings.  I have changed password and thus it should not be a hack case~

I can send out emails and receive emails sending by gmail account. But no email from anywhere other than gmail could reach my inbox!! 

I am sure it is not the senders' problem as I have asked various persons from different place with different service providers to send me emails for testing. I test it with yahoo mail myself, too.
They all resulted with similar failure notices :  (following was from yahoo mail)

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

66.249.83.114 does not like recipient.

I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too
long.

I have asked friends which are using gmail but none of them get similar situation
Anyone know what's the reason behind? I am desperate and really need a hand!
