Nice find darkblade, thank you for posting it. I just now bumped into the information at Kevin Rose's website.
$520 is a bunch of money for a click, Wow! 
Seems like the lemon laws are the ticket, too!

yahoo would never pay $520/click for a $9.99 domain. Even if they think you'll buy more they would never pay that much...
